choice food for kids

hi just wanted to share that i stumbled across a thing on choice called "choice food for kids" it compares basic nutritional info for some foods aimed at kids. they also have a table showing their criteria that they have made printer friendly so you can print it out and make a couple folds and it fits nicely in your wallet/purse to take with you when you do the shopping.
Found it helpful and interesting so just thought i would share :D
