I had SPD with my son and it hurt so much to walk!!! I had it where my pubic bone was one behind the other and kept rubbing against eachother when I'd walk. I was given a tubi grip from my physio which did help a bit! Im scared I'll get it again with my next child though!

I had SPD terribly bad with my second daughter I'm now coming into my 6th week with my 3rd absolutely terrified ill get it again. I know it's likely I'll get it again...
I remember as soon as I had my daughter the pain disappeared it was a surreal feeling!

glad there is a support group out there... What helped You manage it? I tried a support belt that the doctor gave me but it didn't do much...

Glad I found this group! So much pain - it gets bearable if I walk around for a bit but if I walk too much then it flares up. It's at its worst at night in bed, turning over and getting out of bed - which I have to do constantly (thanks, bladder!). Only 4 more weeks to go of it, hopefully!
