is 100 - 150mls ok??

Kayden has been fully weaned for 5 days but for the last 2, he is only drinking 100 - 150mls 3 times a day - is that enough :confused: ?? He is on 3 solid meals a day and i also include 3 serves of dairy. When i was bf i never knew how much he was drinking and i thought on the bottle he would drink all of it???

Hi Kaydensmum,

I was told that they should be having at least 160mls of dairy a day. If he is having things as a yoghurt or a custard or cheese throughout the day that is fine, there's nothing to worry about.

My son was never a big milk drinker, he drunk 100 - 150ml up until 8mths. I didn't worry too much just made sure he was eating yogurt and cheese aswell.
