DD got her 12 month shots about 2 weeks ago...

I was warned that she may develop a mild case of measles as a result of the MMR shot...and now I think that she may actually have that mild case. She has a spotty rash around her stomach, lower back, bottom and thighs. They look like little insect bites...

Silly me, I have lost my little info-sheet they hand out...so I was just wondering what it says on there about the MMR shots (specifically, measles).

Any advice would be great. I'll be taking a look at the symptoms online...and hopefully getting her to the doctors tomorrow to have her little spotty rash looked over.

Bubs can often get the measles from their vax usually after about 7-10days it usually isnt contagious & hardly affects them. Its their bodies reaction.
I would take her to the doctor tomorrow for him to have a look at her but i would warn them before coming in as they may want you to wait outside or the likes in case she is contagious & they have patients at risk.
