Good Backpack Carriers????

I am wanting to know if anyone can reccomend a comfortable (for mum and bub) carrier in the backpack style. I have been looking at the Phil and Ted Metro and it looks great.

I really want to know one that bub can sleep comfortably in? I have an older style Papoose and apart from not having a sun hood bub just isnt snug and comfy looking- or is that just how it is in backpack style ones?

I have an ergo baby carrier which I swear by. There is a pouch/hood that protects the head if they are sleeping and they are all snuggled into you. My daughter loves it. The pouch has no metal parts, is light and has really helped with my shoulder pain as the weight goes into the hips.
