TMI- Milk already?? cd18

Okay im on cd18 thinking i oed 2 days ago. I have just noticed i have milk in one breast. I tried yesterday and saw no milk. ( at least im guess that is what it is)
I was told by Australia Breastfeeding ***. during last pregnacy , that milk begins to be made as soon as the pregnancy hormone kicks in.
Last pg resulted in a m/c and a few after that i noticed the milk had gone.
I do recall on cd11 thinking i had oed but dismissed it?
Sorry about TMI anyone else had this and resulted in pregnacy or no pregnacy, its way to early to test and i couldn't handle a BFN. Am i just grasping at straws?

Hi Mandy - i have a milky white liquid (dont like the word discharge) coming from both of my boobs, this started during our 2nd cycle of TTC, now cycle 5, and obviosuly im not preg. Its only there if i squeeze them, doesnt just come out on its own.

I went to see my GP about it, and he said its 'normal' and is probably caused by hormones. He also said 1/3 women have a discharge of some sort coming from their nipples, i was surprised, i didnt realise it was that common. But then again i've never come across any one else with it, or should i say who has addmitted to having it.

You should have your prolactin levels checked if you are not pregnant and are having trouble concieving. It could be a sign of pregnancy but too much of this hormone can cause leaking from breast and fertility issues. I would see a Dr.

well ill admit it, i also have stuff coming from nipples, but only if i squeeze them, it has been happening for years, and i was also told from a dr it was hormonal :o

Thanks for your replies. Your replies have bought my hopes down in a good way. I would be so upset if i did get a BFN cause i was hoping it might mean im pg. But i guess ill just have to wait another 11 days to find out! As for fertlilty, im pretty fertlie well so far, so we will see how it goes
