What are peoples thoughts on St john of God in Subiaco!
I booked in with an Ob today and this is where i will be having my baby.
Am going to call tomorrow and see if they do any tours so my husband and i can go and have a look
Everyones thoughts and experiences would be appreciated

Many of my friends have had their bubs there and I've only heard good things about it. I would go there if I was going private.

Well the hospital itself is lovely, though if you did a search here on Bub hub you'd see it has a very high intervention rate during labour and birth as well as an 80% c/section rate at last audit.

The tours are held on Sundays at 2pm. I'm booked in to have my first child. My cousin had her first child there and had a very positive experience.

Can you please tell me what section that stats are in.. I havent seen them..

Also i thought the fact of high/early intervention and C-sec's had alot to do with the Ob you have? Not so much the hospital?

Is the 80% based on all c-sec including elective ones?
