arraggh heartburn!!!!

I have had constant heartburn since last night & it just seems to be getting worse today :banghead: I have had the tablets (cant remember what they are called the ones in the green pack lol) and they are not working for me this time, I also have been drinking milk non stop but thats not working either.
So help me out someone!! What is another thing i could try & ease the heartburn? Its killing me :crying:

Rennie tablets were the only thing that worked for me, though I tended to use a 96 pack each week, lol.

Yup I found Rennie's to work the best and the quickest too. Plain yoghurt helps me too. I don't like yoghurt very much, but if your in pain it can become your friend.

Sitting up very very straight to help air get through your osopheogus (sp?) will help too.

Other than that, Rennie, yoghurt or milk.

I actually was prescribed something by my obs in the end it was so bad. Never had a prob after that.

Rennie tablets are definately the way to go! i would go through a 96 pack a week.. but they worked wonders.. i couldnt' stand any other types.

I only ever used the Rennie tablets too. They are the most reccomended ones too. My heartburn was so severe though that sometimes the rennie didnt work. :eek:

Quickez worked great for me...most corner stores have it! :)
