An issue with M cup

Ok so I have a cup and I'm a little nervous about well inserting it, it's massive even when folded in half. Is there any hints or tips you can give. AF is only days away.....

All I can say is it's surprisingly easy! I sit on the loo and do it. Just try and relax as much as you can :)

I was a bit nervous at first too - I just finished my 3rd AF using the UK mooncup :D
I insert either sitting on the loo or squatting in the shower Perhaps a bit of lube might assist the first time but I found there was no need!
