Where in the Ipswich area would you go for a great dinner out... anniversary style. .... but not fentons. Any suggestions ladies? Where is your favorite?

But in all seriousness the ONLY place DF and I have eaten out here is Hogs Breath! :o We LOVE it! :D

I have heard the restaurant at the Ipswich International is VERY good! Haven't been there though.

We always go to sofitel or Brett's or siggys or the yummy Stamford buffet all in Brisbane. I haven't even found a good steak place out here yet. I miss living in the city.

We LOVE the steaks at Hoggies but I know they aren't everyones taste.

I moved here from a TINY town in western queensland (was teaching there for 12 months) so this is still the city for me! :laughing: DF and I LOVE it here. So close to the city but still out of the hussle and bussle! :yes:

We have been to hoggies but it isn't breaky creek type meals. If you know what I mean. Maybe the racehorse hotel when finished might be good. One can hope.......

Well... the main place we go to dinner is at the PA hotel which is close to Big W at booval or Springfield Taven. But there's Sizzlers, Pancake Manor, there's a couple of restaurants at Riverlink, Raceview Taven, Zacs, and fasta pasta (redbank), yamanto taven, there's a couple of chinese restaurants that are yummo... if your going a bit further out, there's a couple of nice places at springfield, the coffee club at goodna and orion do night meals that are nice and there's more resturants at orion too... but if you're going for a 'nice night out' i'd totally do the PA or springfield taven.
