How many weeks are you?? Because up until 14w it can still look like a willy, even in a girl. Do you have a side shot at all?. You will get a better idea from the 'angle of the dangle'

So hard to say yet. I think it does but girls can look the same as boys at 13 weeks. Might have to wait a bit longer. Good luck. Hope you get what you are hoping for. Leanne
