Parental Leave & Baby Bonus for Surrogates?

Out of curiosity, are surrogates eligible for parental leave?

What about the baby bonus? Does that go to the IP, the surrogate or neither one? :confused:

If you are a birth mother you can receive Parental Leave Pay for up to 18 weeks after the birth even if you are not the primary carer of your child. The primary carer can also receive Parental Leave Pay for the same child if they are eligible. This may apply for adoption or surrogacy arrangements.
