This is my second pregnancy, I'm 28 weeks along and for the past week or so I have been feeling constant stitch like pain on the left side of my lower abdomen, its still there even when resting and just doesnt stop. No bleeding, etc.. told the doctor and he didnt seem concerned at all, just dismissed it as ligament stretching, but I dont remember this the first time around O_O
