How old was ur baby when the first tooth appeared?

Was there any signs prior to the tooth appearing?

DD first teeth appeared at 14 months; both her front bottom teeth at the same time; we had no sign of the teeth at all. She was running before she got them- well at least we couldn't knock any of her teeth out on her fall when learning to walk! :)

Still waiting on DS tooth to make its arrival when, when, when!

DD was 11 months. No signs of teething other than a grey dent on her gum where the tooth was coming through. She got her next one the next month :)

DS1 was 6 months, DS2 was 3 months and DS3 was 8 months. DS1 and 2 had no signs at all, but DS3 really seems to suffer :(. His bottom two came through together and his top two were only 2 weeks behind. Until they came through properly his sleep was badly disrupted, and there was a noticeable difference as soon as they broke through a week or so ago. :fingerscrossed: we have some respite from teeth for at least a little while now!

A day before 7 months :) bit sooky on the day but no other symptoms.

DD got her 2 bottom teeth at 8.5 months.

12 months he got three in a week. The signs were red cheeks, drooling, lots of loose acidy stool and waking at night. I could just see the teeth on the gums also so that was another sign. However he also got another 2 this week and not much symptoms besides loose stools again.

two bottom ones came through at 7 months, both at the same time!

8 and a bit month - top 4 came through all together!!!

No trouble at all....

5 months. He's 11.3 months old and has 12 teeth now :eek: It's like the teething won't ever end!

Btw, my friend told me that babies who teeth before 12 months have weaker teeth than those who don't. I just want to mention now that if you hear that, it's an old wive's day - possibly the worst old wive's tale i've ever heard.

DD was 13 months when her first teeth actually cut through & stayed..she got the 4 front teeth at once

dd1 was around 8 months got 2 at once
dd2 was nearly 5 months she got 3 at once

DD was 11 months....it was just one lonesome one on the bottom.

We called her fang :laughing:

After that first one they all came pretty quickly after that....
