I need some advice on what to feed my 10 month old for breakfast. He will no longer eat farex, weetbix, will only play with toast. HELP! He isn't eating much at all at the moment - I'm running out of ideas.

Ime not going to be much help cos my 10mth old has a great appetite. The only thing i can think of is timing - what time do you offer breakfast, is it maybe worth delaying it for 15 - 30 mins???? Since Kayden has been on a formula bottle (only been 4 days) ive noticed he isn't as hungry as when he had a bf so instead of feeding him brekky at 8.15 we now do it at 8.30 & it's working much better. Hope this helps?????

As Kaydensmum suggested, try delaying breakfast a bit.
Other breakfasts that DD has had from around 11 months:
- pancakes or pikelets. You could try maple syrup or jam on them if you want. I put thin slices of apples on top of the pikelets as they cook. Pikelets can be frozen for convenience.
- crepes, with jam or with lemon juice and sugar.
- Rice bubbles, with or without milk.
- fruit
- french toast
- regular adult oatmeal (Uncle Toby's instant or similar). Apple cinnamon flavor is a favorite.
- pizza (after all, it's got a bread base and we always have lots of vegies on top)
- bacon (usually with something else)
- Toast, with one of these on top: cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, vegimite

Hey Martha M - i hadn't thought of french toast! :D What a great idea - i think ile wait till the weekend when daddy is home to enjoy it as well!!!
Carole.
How about some porridge, he might like that.
My 10mth old loves toast fingers dipped in googy egg, porage, yogurt. I also do piklets with mashed banana in it.
