Has anybody had a tubal ligation reversal with PHI?
I am looking at it as an option, but need to find the right PHI cover.
I'm also wanting to find out what your final out of pocket costs were with the fund you are with.
I don't understand PHI and how fees to Drs are paid, so any extra information is welcome - actually I would really appreciate it! :)
