Nyal Nasal Spray when pregnant

Hi All,

We have recently found out my wife is 6 weeks pregnant which is great news.

She was thinking about things tonight and she realised that a few weeks back before we knew she used Nyal Nasal Spray one night (no other time) + 2 day & night cold and flu tablets (both have the ingredient Phenylephrine Hydrochloride).

Should this small dosage have any affect on her pregnancy as she's really stressing herself out over it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think she will be fine. People do a lot worser things and their babies are fine. I was given the ok by a dr to use the same brand nasal spray when I was pregnant..my son is fine :)

She called her doctor this morning and she said just that- she'll be fine.
