Hello :D
Just about how much per feed/day should a 1 week old be taking? I don't want her drinking too much, but also not too little.
She has anywhere between 60-90ml a feed, maybe every 2-3 hours during the day and she waked twice during the night for a feed. Does this sound normal?
Thanks :D this new mummy stuff can be confusing!
I don't know much about mls cos I breastfeeding but 2-3 hours sounds good. At that age I didn't let ds go past 3 hr

Every baby is different. Give her what she wants, she will stop when she has had enough :)

Sounds perfect! At that age they will well and truly tell you how much they want and when.
Don't take the back of tin as gospel, as my DD was always taking less than the tin, but taking the perfect amount for her weight.
A rough way to calculate is this:
150ml per kilo of her weight will give you the average she should be taking per day. Then divide that by the amount of feeds per day which gives you a rough indication of how much in each bottle.

DD was exclusively breastfed for 15 weeks and now she has 4 breastfeeds and 1 formula (due to low supply)... anyway, the back of the tin guidelines for a newborn are 60ml / feed (and about 7 feeds / day), so she 'should' be having a feed around about every 3 hours (my DD is a 3 hour feeder)... the best advice I can give you, is let your bubba lead you, she will let you know when she is hungry or otherwise...
Good luck and if you need some further info, check out the S26 website, it has feeding guidelines on there...
