Maybe I can get my stepkids out the front selling it like they do in the movies :)

Juice them, add sugar, and freeze into ice cubes, then bag up for storage (so they don't go fridgey.)

Come summer, bung a handful of cubes in the blender with some cold water, and bingo, instant slushie, best you ever tasted.

You'll want to fiddle with the proportions a fair bit to get both the flavour and consistency right - do a lemon or so at a time until it's perfect. You may need to add a little water to the juice to get enough ice to make it slushy enough.

Old fashioned lemonade doesn't require much of a recipe - it's all according to taste.

You need the juice of a lot of lemons, cold water to dilute the juice with and white sugar. Mix the lot, tasting as you go along, and serve with ice. Blended with ice is even better.

I don't know about lemonade, but in regards to excess lemons, my dad has a lemon tree and he just pops them all into the freezer whole until he wants to use them. Haven't tried this myself though:)
