Which CD am I up too?? Help!!

HI all,

I'm a little confused at the moment....
I was meant to have my contraceptive injection on June 7, but decided against it. The Dr said that it could take up to 3 months for my cycle to get back to normal.
So, I was waiting, waiting, waiting. Then, on the Sunday, I began to spot. The Monday was brown, the tuesday was spotting, then the Wednesday was really heavy. I had AF till the next Tuesday.

Should I take my day 1 as the sunday, or the wednesday?

I'd say the Wednesday, I think it's from the first day of a proper period.

yeah i would say wed then if you get a bfp you could have a dating scan and hopefully be pleasantly suprised that your slightly further along iykwim
