Today's big surprise!

We had a scan today (I'm 18 weeks) and found out we're expecting another girl! We already have a girl and a boy so I didn't mind either way but my instincts were telling me I was having a boy! I've spent the past few weeks buying blue stuff and telling everyone that I'm SURE it's a boy lol No one was more surprised than me when the ultrasound tech told us that one! I'm still in a bit of shock. And my husband wanted to wait til the birth to find out.... imagine how surprised we'd have been then!
Sorry, there was no real point to this post I'm just still reeling and feel like talking about it :)

Congratulations on your little GIRL!

I was the same with my first baby, I was certain she was a boy, the thought of having a girl barely crossed my mind, I was so surprised lol I had gotten unisex/boyish things untill 20 weeks too!
With my second I knew she was a girl and she was!

This time i'm guessing it's a boy but you never really know do ya haha

Thanks JLPMum, I was sure my daughter 2nd baby) was a girl and I was right, and this one just seemed the same! I guess you're right - you just never can tell. You have a 50/50 chance of getting it right though lol
