was wonderinger if any of sought to see a clairvoint or medium while trying to fall pregant
to see if u would
and if you did, if it came true or not

Yes I did. No joy though :(
I actually got the details of one from a friend and was thinking about seeing them if cycle 9 failed. I don't know if I believe but I was getting desperate and if a stranger told me I was going to have a baby then that is something to hold onto!
kazandsteve - it's one of those things that can go both ways, if they tell you they don't see a baby or give you reason to doubt you may lose hope and they may just not be seeing the baby you may have. It may even become a self-fulfilling prophecy if you give up thinking there is no point. I thought about seeing one but I chose not to for that very reason, I wanted to believe that it would happen and stay positive.
As it turns out my sister has a friend who predicted a lot of things in her life and she told her that I would be having a baby in the next year, but my sister didn't tell me until after I announced my pregnancy.

Yep, right after my 3rd miscarriage. I was told I would never be able to carry a baby to term and should consider other options. I was so angry and it just made me all the more determined.

I got told that I would have 2 children and that I should stick with the IVF even if the next cycle failed again. My next cycle did fail and I actually fell pregnant whilst taking a break from IVF. If I had followed her advice, I might not have fallen pregnant.

Yes I won a reading with Mitchell Coombs on the channel 7 morning show.
He came up with things he shouldnt have known and I didnt tell him.
Like it was DH issue why we needed assisted conception.
About DH broken arm and brace. That we were staying in a hotel. 11am was the time to put the brace on he was spot on with all of that.
That I had been asking my father now passed on for help on the IVF issue.
How could he have known.
He told us our son would be first and along soon. That was march and we are pregnant with our first through IVF since september.
And that a girl will follow so lets see if this is correct. I have no reason to doubt him.

Did see a psychic when we had been TTC about 6 months. TBH, the only help was in me having a bit of a vent. She put all our fertility probs down to DH being estranged from his father (which Id told her about) and said we would fall pg when that was sorted. She thought there were no physical problems with me...
Well a year or so later it turns out I had both endo and low ovarian reserve. DH and father are still estranged, yet we did fall pg with IVF :rolleyes:
Saying that though, I think they all vary. We had a client come into the office some months ago and while chatting to me (during which time I gave out no personal details) he correctly predicted my star sign from my face. No biggie cos 1/12 chance of being correct. But he also did my numerology and said my mother had a big shock 4-5 months into her pg. He got the timing slightly wrong, but my mum was hospitalised for a month at 6 months ish cos I was v small for dates and that as obviously stressful. He is now predicting we will have a boy (we find out on Mon) who will be "very feisty"! I didnt seek this guy's opinion at all, he just sort of blurts it all out!
He also reckons Ill have 3 kids - that part Im not so sure of!!

I saw a Metaphysician or energetci healer as they are sometimes known. She was absolutley brilliant. I was 4 weeks off starting IVF when i saw her. Straight away she said I had a huge orb glow in my womb asked if i was pregnant or trying to fall.. i went back after ET and she didn't know I had been to have IVF... as i was walking into the room for my treatment she said "Oh your pregnant"

Just a quick update - as predicted by our client, bubs is indeed a boy!

I saw one at the markets about a year before I feel with the boys and thought I would give it a go for a laugh, she told me I would have twin girls and then a little boys shortly after....
I kind of laughed it off as I was very cynical after not being able to fall pregnant for so long...
But I was only thinking about it the other day, she kind of got it right:D I know have 20 month old beautiful twin boys and a little girl due any day now:babydust1:
So who knows....give it a go, what can it hurt.

I saw one 8 years ago at the mind and soul festivals said I'd have a baby by august the following year

It really is hit & miss if you come across a good clairvoyant. I was always told I would have 3 kids. I've also seen Mitchell Coombs as he holds his readings around the corner from me but found he was WAY off with me. There was one lady that stood out to me because she was spot on with what was happening at the time, I saw her about 6 years ago (before I considered IVF) that I keep reflecting on now. She said I would have a baby girl with blonde hair blue eyes that would be the apple of my eye. Now, this is the bit that convinces me she was right. She said the "father" won't be around but we both want the child. I have done IVF on my own using donor sperm. At the time of the reading I wasn't contemplating IVF on my own what so ever, I thought she was telling me that I would have a bub to someone that wouldn't stick around. My baby girl was born this year, she has fair hair and blue eyes. I had totally forgotten about the reading until I came across the papers where I had written it down. It was rather accurate in my opinion.

I have been to 2 tarot card readers/clairvoyants, the first in Oct 09, the second in May 10. At the time we had been TTC for over 5yrs, but not yet started IVF. Both said we would have children and they would be our own biological kids.
The first was very specific saying I would have a boy first and he would be born on either the 19/20/21 of Feb, Jun or Oct (a year would have been nice :D). Following the boy, there would be boy/girl twins within 5 yrs. She couldn't say when bub #1 would happen, but did say that it would be after a promotion and that I wouldn't even realise I was pregnant because I'd be so busy concentrating on other things. As it turns out, I have just submitted an application for a promotion and will find out Jan 2011 if I'm succesful. Our next likely cycle will be Apr/May, and a May BFP would give me a Feb due date...
The second was a man, and he said there were definitely 'souls waiting'. He knew that our problem was on my DH's side. He said it wouldn't happen until my DH slowed down and made room in his life for a baby. FYI- my DH is self employed and working shocking hours to build his business. The reader said they would be naturally conceived children, not test tube babies. He wasn't specific on how many (he thought 1 or 2) and didn't predict the sex.
The first saying I wouldn't know I was UTD (impossible with IVF) and the second saying they wouldn't be test tube babies I find very intriguing... there is no chance of my DH's swimmers ever finding my egg by themselves! But both readers were spot on with other aspects of my life and they told me things they couldn't possibly have known in advance... plus they both came highly recommended from friends who'd had readings from them and found them very accurate. I guess time will tell!

Yup. A couple! 1 said I'd do ivf and fall pregnant no earlier than 2010 Dec and I got so mad and just kept going all year. Got BFP on the 1st Dec 2010 after a year of struggle. I saw another one in my 2ww cause I did a hpt and was so depressed I got a bfn and she argued with me and said it's impossible you ARE pregnant right now!!! So waited for my final blood test and very surprisingly it was a BFP :)

Wow such amazing stories. I did consult my clairvoyant before starting IVF. She picked up 2 losses which I responded by saying that 1 was def confirmed and the other I suspect was a chemical loss. She picked up that I would be going into hospital for minor surgery (EPU) and I'd have 2 embies put back and that it would be sucessful. She says I will def have 2 more children a boy and a girl.
Well we are 20 weeks 6 days pregnant with a :babygirl:.
This clairvoyant I have seen though out the years gone by and she has always been very accurate with my readings. My mother sees her as well. She doesn't advertise she is purely word of mouth and she's hard to get in to see. If you find a good one keep them.
