Do u count AF spotting as Cycle Day 1? or...

do I wait till a full flow tomorrow? sorry if TMI lol today would have been day 30, so would I count last cycle as 29 and today as day 1 of next cycle?thanks for you help :-)

found out tghe answer at fertility friend:

"first day of your period is cycle day one (CD 1). This is the first day that you have red blood flow (not spotting)."
