Can't stand mil!! Biggest control freak I have ever met! Thank god we have kept our distance lately, I am finally starting to feel sane again.

I'm not a dad but my extended inlaws (my mils family) generally pee me off. always offering 'advice' on our lifes and daughter.
I know DH likes me family, but my older sis is very trying (she means well but is tactless)

I luffs my MIL :goodvibes: she arrives tomorrow to live with us.

FIL on the other hand is a completely different kettle of fish. He lives in Sth Africa, is bipolar/schizophrenic and I've never met him. I want it to stay that way!!! Our only communication is via text message and he's forever trying to out-do himself with big words that mean nothing and badmouthing his sister who has pretty much been his carer for the past 40 years since diagnosis. Can't blame his ilness for being a complete tool!!! :geek:

Nephew In Law. He is 18 and has a "woe is
me attitude". He is quite lazy and expects
everything to be done for/provided for him. But it's the drama queen attitude that annoys me most. Oh, and he butts into my conversations with people on facebook, and he doesn't even know them either. He really doesn't do it for me but I pretend for DFs sake.

Typical 18 year old I think mate. I have some teenage nephews and they do not listen or have any respect for people older than them. Constantly answer back, don't know about you but I certainly wouldn't of done that to an elder of mine.

Shame we have a generation of them, more scary is what are they going to produce? :hair:

Maybe you just have to be blunt, seems the only way some of them get it.
:iagree:
