Darwin Royal Hospital

I have just arrived in Darwin and I'm 33wks along, from what I've seen of Darwin hospital I'm not very impressed. Everyone we speak so says to go private but as we don't have insurance this isn't an option. I'm thinking about flying back to the Gold Coast to have my baby at Tweed.

Can anyone share their expriences of Darwin Royal hospital...
