My eight month old wakes up every hour on the hour (or sometimes more often) during the night ... which is my fault as I feed or rock him to sleep. He will not go to sleep any other way!
Has anyone been to QE2 in Canberra? If so, was it worthwhile? What were the staff like? How do they teach your baby to sleep? I am booked in but I'm not really sure that I want to go ... will it then be difficult to get my baby to settle into the routines at home??
Or has anyone used a sleep specialist that comes to your home in Canberra? The only one I can locate is Night Nannies. Has anyone used them? If so, were they helpful/expensive/friendly? Does anyone know of anyone else?
