Big Bubba ?

I'm starting to think that i have a big baby on my hands :o

Dakota is now 3 months old and already she's in 00's :eek: My other children were in 000's right up until 5-6 months. She's got the cute baby fat rolls happening but she's not a "fat" baby. Maybe clothes are becoming smaller in sizes, i'm not too sure. Ducky is growing too fast :crying: Born at an average size (7lb 10ounces) she is my biggest baby.

What i want to know is (and if you can remember), what size was your 3month old baby in ?

emma was in 00's at 2 and a half months

she is now nearly 7.5 kilos

My last bubba is almost 5 months and is wearing size 0 is that normal??? He is only 3 kilos lighter than my 22 month old daughter :eek:

Curtis is 11 days older than Dakota, a couple of weeks ago he weighed 6.72kgs and he's generally in size 0's now. Some of the 00 stuff still fits him, but the 0 stuff looks more comfortable for him LOL but he has a cloth-covered butt ....

Zane was 10.5 lbs born and was into 00 from about 2 weeks old.Both my girls were only 8 lbs 12 onz.Avalon (youngest)is now 10 months and only weighs 9.5 kgs.Zane weighed this at 5 months.They are all different and as long as she is healthy-who cares!!:wave:

My boys were in 0's at 3mths and 1's at 6mths. DD was still in 000 at 3mths, even though she was 8lb 3oz at birth. Her reflux kept her small.

DS1 wll be 9 in a couple of weeks and is now is size 14's. :(

DD was in 000 - 00 at 3 months. she's now in 00 - 0 at 4.5

I can't remember precisely...but I remember buying size 0 clothes for Christmas...and DD was 5 months spot-on Christmas day. I'd presume she was about a size 00 around 3 months-ish...

DD was a big girl too...born at 10lbs 4oz.

I think it also has to do with how you like your bub to be dressed. I like DD's clothes to fit...I don't let her wear clothes that are a little bit big. Some people like the clothes to be a bit baggier though...so I guess it depends really...

DD was in 00's at 3 months and then she just decided to stop growing like a weed! She'll be 9 months next week and is still in 00's...she is just starting to grow out of them now, but she has a couple of 00's that she still needs to grow into!
4.1kg at birth....6kg at 3 months, 7.3kg at almost nine months!

both of mine were prem so doesn't really count. Some of Lachy's 000 are a bit big still, he's nearly 4 months. However his brother was very chubby and was definately in 00 at 3 months. As to your question about sizes getting smaller they are in fact getting bigger. Taget clothing anyway. There is only 19 months between my boys and the same size clothes or DS1 are smaller then new ones bought for DS2

Oliver hit 00 at about 2 months....he's just out grown his 00's and is now in 0's...hes only 4 months old! LOl

my daughter is still in 0's for her pants and 1's for her tops . singlets are still 0's . she is almost 16 months but i think her growth slowed alot after her 1st bday. she is 11kilos.

Ohhh, I would say about size 000.

DD was 00000(5 0's) when she was born and stayed in 4 0's for about 2 months.

DS was in 0000 for the first two months. then in 000 until about six months.

He is 15 months now and is still in his 0's

My son was born 3.95kg, but was long, he then lost a huge amount of wieght and wasn't gaining any so he was in 00000 (5), so by 3 months he was still in a 0000-000, he is now in a 0 at 13 months, even though the pants are still slightly too big, but 00's are too small (length wise)..

DS was in 000000 @ 3 months (9 weeks prem)
DD1 was in 0000 @ 3 months ( 5 weeks prem)
DD2 is in 0000-000 @ 2 months

DD was in 00s until she was about 9 months old, but was in smaller make 0s as well. She was 8kgs at 8 months.
DS started 00s at about 3 months and is edging easily into 0s at 7 months. He was 8.2kgs at 6 months. About 8.5 + kgs now.

I can`t really remember what mine was in, but thinking probably 00`s. Jess was my smallest baby, and at 1 yr old she was bigger than the younger two. Zaq is now 15 months and wears 0`s & 1`s, really depends on the make of the clothes.. Tiah, is 4 in a couple of months and still wears mostly 2`s, starting to buy 3`s for the longer sleeves. Kids are definately all different shapes & sizes, as long as they`re happy & healthy I`m not worried..

Yeah from memory Boof was around the 00's going into 0's because he was starting to go into size 1 at around 7mths gosh i cant remember to be honest but thats why he got his name Boof lol he was the size of a 2mth old when born & he still is a big boy not fat just very very tall he is currently in size 2's at 17mths & going into size 3's so yeah im good at baking babies shame about getting em out ! :rolleyes:
