Foreskin retraction in 11 month old

It sounds like it is normal in appearance but I would suggest leaving his foreskin alone. There is NO need to be touching it all all let alone even attempting to retract it. At 11 months I wouldnt of had any idea at all if my boys foreskins even moved as I never EVER attempted it.
You can cause more harm then good by playing with it. Sorry if that has come across as harsh but please there is no reason to touch the foreskin at all in the way it enables you to retract it.

I never retracted my sons either but it certainly was detached by 10 months . The dr told us it was early but he was potty trained at the time and spent a lot of time with no pants on exploring.
