My reasons vary... I am now seperated from my husband, I dont feel the need to have any more children, i also suffered PND and to be honest am quite scared of going through it all again. Stole all the enjoyment of my first year with my little boy and i would hate to lose any more either with my son or future children.
Also financial reasons are a big thing...I am VERY happy to spend all my quality time with peter and concentrate on making him a happy healthy adult :D Then he can make some more bubbas when he gets married :D

Best of luck Tahnee ... Would this be the wrong time to tell you that I had been getting Braxton Hicks and pains for a month before I finally went into labour? :D Hope you little one isn't as contrary as mine and pops out soon - I can still relate entirely with the wanting-it-all-over stage. The last time i posted, i was having plenty of Braxton Hicks. I ended up giving birth the next day ( 1 week early). My Contractions started at 7am, 5mins apart. I gave birth at 4:30pm on 7 Sept. No drugs needed. :smiliedance:

Hi :-) Im mum to one gorgeous little 11 month old girl! Loving every minute of it! (well, almost every minute ;-) We will be ttc next year- hoping for a winter baby for 2008 ;-D (the heat was horrible last year- 3 and 1/2 months spent in the airconditioned bedroom!!!)
tylers_mummy- I wanted more when my little lovely was 3 weeks old too- the house felt so empty with only 1!!! Now with dd 11 months- it is more than full for the time being! Enjoy the ride- it is the best ever!!!!

Im a first timer, due in august. so excited, i love that my baby moves around, i dont even get (too) mad when it makes me vomit at work. i can usually hold it together long enough when i absolutely have to. funny how i can do that when i know i have to (like in front of really sick patients at work) yet when im at home and i smell roast chicken im outside heaving (i have decided the fresh air is better than being cramped up in the bathroom looking at where someone might not have properly flushed last time they went...).

Anyway, i was trying to say im a first timer too
