For anyone considering using the intelligender sex prediction kit, i warn you that they can blow up in your face!
I tried to use mine yesterday morning and just after i put my urine in it it started to expand and lean over to the side, so i reached over to level it back up and the top exploded off and the content (which is urine and chemicals) wents all over me and my bathroom :eek:. OMG i was so shocked! I had to wash the stuff off immediately as it is toxic and can be very harmful apparently! (great for a pregnant lady hey?)
I did everything correctly too and i definatly didn't shake it or anything.
I did a bit of googling and there have been other cases of this happening too so i just wanted to warn everyone that is thinking about trying this product out to be very careful and if you really want to try it make sure you are well away from it and if you see the container expanding at all i would run! Don't let other kids near it and make sure it's done somewhere that you don't care if it gets pee and chemicals all over the place.
I'm pretty annoyed because i bought this test over the internet and with postage it cost me $80.00 and i don't have anything to show for it. I'm sure i won't get my money back and i can't even send the container or box back because they are covered in urine and chemicals :(.
So in short i am lucky i only reached over to the container and i didn't lean over, otherwise my face would have coped it. Instead, it was my hand and it hurt a lot!
Just thought everyone should know of what MIGHT happen, seeing as it has happened several times before and there is no warnings on the label anywhere.
I wont be buying this product again, i am TOO scared!!!
