Eden's Landing, Waterford, Mt Warren Park, Windaroo??

Hi Ladies. I currently live in Ipswich but we are looking at moving over your way in Aug or Sept. What do you think of the following areas? I have 2 small children.
We are looking at Mt Warren Park, Windaroo, Edens Landing and Waterford ( woodlands estate)
What do you think of these areas?
Schools nearby? it'll be about 3 years til the kids will be going though
Crime etc?
Also would love to hear of other mums etc in these areas maybe we can catch up once i move:smiliedance:

Have you had any responses to this? I live in Edens Landing, for the last 6 years and it's a nice area. I think the school here is good enough, but my son is only close to 3 so I don't know from experience.
