My DD has atopic eczema. My query is how do you know if the eczema had become infected and needs antibiotics ?
My DD's eczema has been really bad lately while she has been teething and it now looks very red and inflammed, her creams dont seem to be working and she is constantly trying to scratch at it even in her sleep.
:crying: I'm feeling terrible because I dont know how I can ease her discomfort.
:confused: Any advice would be greately appreciated.
