Hi.

I need to change brands of disposable nappy and I'm not sure what to buy. I only use them at night, so they need to be fairly heavy duty, and basically I'm looking for as cheap as possible. My bub is allergic to babylove, and is too fat for cosifits - does anyone know of any other good cheap brands?

Thanks in advance!

Lucy

Hi Lucy,
I think there's a few good threads on this subject already, you might want to check those out. In the meantime, however, I have a big bub (into toddler size nappies before she could crawl) and tried many brands. Price is the first consideration with us at the moment, and we keep going back to the Coles Savings brand nappies. I always use one size bigger than she needs at night and make sure it is fitted snugly at the waist. I still have to change her around 3am however, as I am paranoid about leaving an over-full nappy on her all night.
Good luck! ;)

We use snugglers both at day and night, and we have never had any problem with them, we have never had any leaks even for the 9 hours at night, and they are cheap I think you get 72 for around $22! Although we have just started to use cloth through the day to try save a bit more money!!

When Thomas was wee baby, we used the newborn-Huggies.

Now we are using Snugglers day/night and never had any leaking/nappy rash problem. Afterall they both came from the same company.

We used BabyLove by "accident", when we were away on holiday and stupid us didn't bring enough nappies because we thought that we could get Snugglers there D'OH! And the poor lil fella had nappy rash it was awfull to see those cute buns turn red and nasty!

Love & Peace
