No ummm...... nuts!!....HELP

I have just discovered tonight that my 5 year olds crackers have disappeared:eek: there is just the skin,where the hell did they go:eek: I will ring the doctors for appointment but is this normal?? Any advice??

have you ever noticed this before? he may just have undescended testes... DS has one undescended one therefor you cant see it and the paed had to really search to find it - but its there - so he will be having an operation early next year to have it bought down.

yes he had them a week ago and now they are gone.

Was he cold or anything at the time? they can disappear back up for all sorts of reasons, when DS's have been 'checked' by the doctors the other one that is normally down always gets sucked back up inside too and can no longer be seen

It's possible for them to partially retract - not all the way inside, just in the entrance to the inguinal canal. This is possible in adult males, too - only they won't stay there.

Have a feel for them around the pubic bone above and to either side of the penis. If they aren't completely retracted, it ought to be possible to gently stroke them back into place.

If they've slipped all the way back into the abdomen, though, you should see a doctor.

I asked him this morning ...and i know this sounds odd,but he found them and they are up close to the body.Still looks unusual but will keep an eye on it.Thanks everyone;)
