So after vehemently debating with people (particularly my mother and mother in law!) over the past few months about cloth vs disposables, I decided to actually do some research and get my head out of the sand (or out of my butt :o ).
DH and I have decided - Cloth it is!
I so bought the line that 'now days disposables have as little environmental impact as cloth'... omg I was shocked when I actually read up about it all. I totally understand why people use disposables, I was just so overwhelmed with the thought of washing and leaks with cloth. After reading up on the threads here, researching products and having a good chat (not a debate) with cloth advocates, I am convinced that with proper routines for washing etc, and good modern cloth nappies, that this is the way to go.
I am totally not a greenie either, but I tell you what... I can see that this nappy thing will become a little addictive! :D
Now I just need my baby :D
