We just received our statement from of water company as we have our bottled water delivered every fortnight. They have informed us that we are three months behind in payment :eek: I know for a fact that we are not and even checked our bank statement to make sure that i hadn't missed anything and i hadn't. I just emailed them and df will call them when he wakes up as it is in his name. Will printing out our bank statement be enough to convince them that we do not owe them anything?? i have receipt numbers for 2 of the payments but have misplaced the other receipt number.

Any know if this will be enough if they decide that they didn't get the money or try to take action??

I cant see how they could take action if you have your bank statements. Bankstatements and or reciepts should be more than sufficient
