private hospital and pro c-sec obs in Adelaide?

Hi everyone
Can anyone recommend a good private maternity hospital in Adelaide?
Even more importantly any recommendations for obstetrician who is supportive of elective c sections?
I will be moving to Australia 20 weeks preggers with baby no 2 and have heard all the good docs get booked early so I want to contact docs as soon as possible.

I know it maybe a bit late but I have only recently re-joined this forum.
I went to Burnside War Memorial which was fantastic. I also know of others who have gone to North Eastern Community and also Ashford which are both also good.
Not sure about the pro-c-section OBs as I wanted vaginal deliveries but all you could do is ring the hospital you want to go to and ask the midwives who they reccommend as they work with them and can give you names.
