Iam just wondering how many tables per 24hr period people took on the bottle it doesnt say anything in regards to breastfeeding/incressing supply. i have got the natures own brand and all it has on the bottle in about how is works to clear chest congetstion etc. thanks ladies ;)
I know some people to have taken upto 9 a day but they had really low supply.
I started with one a day and eventually ended up taking 3 a day (1 morning, noon and night) and this was plenty for me.
Just be a tad careful because for many the herb can be pretty powerful which means quick, plentiful supply...
