CD18 - Positive OPK
CD22 - Husband came home
CD25,26,27 - Very Sore BB's (and not from hubby:p )
Today - CD27 - very hungry (unusually so)

Okay - I know I have only had hubby home for 5 days now but does anyone else wonder if I O'd later than CD18/19? I have never usually got sore BB's this early in the TWW and I am curious (and a little hopeful) if there might be something else going on... This is the first month I have bd with hubby since he left 6 months ago and I'm wondering whats going on...

Any thoughts or ideas?

was the line on the OPK as dark as the control line?

Yes it was - and every other time I have fallen pg was using OPK's and the line was also as dark as the control line... Thing is, 3-4 days after a VERY positive OPK seems to be a long time... I know your Lh surges before you ovulate, but I'm almost positive it wouldn't surge that far ahead...

I'm probably just being over-optimistic about it - but I cant WAIT to fall pg! :ecomcity:

i've always read that you O up to 48 hours after a positive OPK. But strange things can happen.

My friend is 12 weeks pregnant and she had only had sex the day after her period finished and that was the only time in 6 weeks. So i wouldn't completely give up hope although it definately wouldn't be text book to O so late after a positive OPK.

:fingerscrossed: for you.

well try to stay positive about the whole TTC thing, that half the battle i reckon!

At least you DH is home now so you can TTC as much as you like!;)

I'll see you over in the September thread - i still haven't O'd yet so i have had to leave the August thread.

Hey Ally, hope you caught the eggie, sounds like you had a good chance of catching it tho, cos, i think i read its up to 48 hours after +ve opk you can o, so if you o'd on CD 20, then the eggie should have still been around when hubby got home :smiliedance: :fingerscrossed:

Sorry to hear AF arrived...

As you say, enjoy your honeymoon and live it up and when you get back concentrate again on getting that BFP and having a healthy pregnancy! :smiliedance:
