feeling guilty !!!!!!

my 14 month old ds is night waking ,getting in our bed ,tossing and turning all night and recking our sex life.
last week i finally asked for some help from the clinic nurse , i got a refereal to tressilian residentail and karitane day stay . i have and older ds who has some special needs and a husband that works werid shifts so i need the extra support .
now i feeli guilty about asking for the help and for not feeling bad about him crying himself to sleep.
im always supportive of friends that go to tressillian but i feel like ive let my ds down & myself !
this is realy silly i know but i cant help feeling guilty about it .
has anyone else been through this tressilian karitaine guilt ? or any other kind of mother guilt ??

When my daughter was a bub I went to Possom Cottage a day stay place for helping babies to sleep. I felt like I had failed as a mother until my GP said she had gone to the same place with her son. This made me feel a lot better that she also needed help.
Seeking help when you relise you need it is not something we should feel guilty about after all we are only doing it becouse we love our kids. Oh and don't feel guilty about wanting him out of the bed so you and husband can have sex, In order for a family to function mum and dad need to be looked after as well.
