I was just wondering if anyone has any unexplained infertility success stories? It seems that a lot of women on these forums know exactly what is causing them difficulty in getting PG. It's just hard to believe that tests can be normal and still not get PG after over 2 years TTC. What finally worked for those people?

I did know what was causing my issue so maybe i shouldnt be responding. But i didnt find out untill i was 21, after 3 yrs of testings. I didnt want a child, but i needed answers for other ailments i was facing, it just so happened to be a infertility issue as well.
i had Endo, severely.
I now have a DS, 14.5 mths.
I think what worked for me, was not trying, and also i was having a hell of alot of sex with my DP at that stage. If we were not working, we were Bumping, and then sleeping. Once awake, we would bump again and then get dressed for work. We worked at the same place.
I wish u the best on your journeys i really do. I hate to see women try and fail. My best friend has PCOS and has been through multiple attempts with IVF and failed. I really feel for her and have even offered to carry for her if the need arises.
Another friend fell preg on her first IVF, and they to this day do not know why they could not fall preg after 4 yrs of doing it natural style
All the best girl and sorry for the intrusion, i just feel very 'posty' at the moment.

Hi, we had unexplained infertility and have 3 gorgeous girls.
Our eldest is 7 and our fraternal twins are 2 years and 8 months.
We went through years of trying and all the tests to find out we had unexplained infertility. We tried temperature charts and clomid tablets without success. We also tried an ovulation induction clinic for 18 months again without success.
It wasn't until we went through our first cycle of IVF that we discovered that the sperm didn't fertilise any eggs and they had 22 to choose from! That is not the normal amount of eggs and I ended up in hospital with Ovarian Hyperstimulation.
So the next time we tried we did ICSI and it worked first try!
We started trying again when our daughter was 11 months so it took alot longer for our twins.
The ironic thing is I found out last year that I have PCOS.
Good Luck:)
I dont know ALL the details but a friend of mine had unexplained infertility and went through the normal processes without success.
They had given up figuring they just were not meant to have children and didnt want to keep trying for years and years on end and what-do-you-know!!!...... They got pregnant naturally all of a sudden! (she swears that doing it on the kitchen bench top made the difference for them! )
They adore their healthy little girl....
I wont say "It will happen" but I will say "There is hope still"... :hugs:
Friends of mine tried hormone therapy, AI then IVF produced a few eggs, 1 was usable and now have a beautiful little girl.
Miracles do happen:fingerscrossed:

I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Infertility too. I saw a naturopath in here in Brisbane, and 3 cycles later we conceived our little girl. It might have been a coincidence, but I really and truly believe that we'd still be trying if it wasn't for him. I've posted our story and his details a few times, I can't rave about him enough. His website is here (http://www.naturopathic.net.au/) if you want to take a look.
