am i the only one who dreams about her baby?

hi all,

From the day one of her birth i have been dreaming of Ria. Sometimes she is talking to me, playing etc in them. For the last two nights i have dreamt that somebody is trying to take her away from me. I am not feeling good now and i am constantly holding her. I knew i am new to this country and i hardly know anybody. So, why i am dreaming like this?

Am i the only one who dream of their baby inspite of being with them 24/7????:detective:

Hey Priya,

Nope, I had horrible nightmares about people stealing Oliver, or telling me he was dead...ect.....It was really bad.

I told my mum cause I was pretty depressed at the time and was worried about having PND....she said its normal to worry and have dreams, esp bad ones because you love and worry about your baby so much!

Hope it gets better and you just have lovely fun dreams! :)

When Summer was little i used to do the same thing. I used to have 'nightmares' about people taking her away from me. Im not sure why but i wouldnt worry too much after all they are only dreams :thumbsup:

I dream about my baby once or twice a week and she's not even here yet!!! :confused:

Since DS has been born, i have dreamt alot about him drowning in the bath. It frightens me so much that i bath with him half the time, and the other half times, im sitting on the side of the bath so i can catch him if he was to topple backward or somthing. My DS is fully mobile and i think he could get himself oyut of any dangers but it still scares me silly.
Mind u when we are outside, and say im washing the car, i let him play in puddles etc, and im not scared of him doing that without me right beside him with out me taking an eye off him. Silly hey hehe

bout two weeks before bella was born, i had a dream and i was in the hospital, she was just born and someone, i couldnt see the face was holding her, next minute, they dropped her and it was in full slow motion....:no:

so i told my dp and he goes you know what? i was just about to tell you the same thing, i had the same dream.:confused:

anyway, when she was born, (she looked exactly how i imagined) i told everyone and people were scared to hold her but it didnt happen thank god!!!!:smiliedance:

i always dream about ds i dont usually have bad ones thou but wen i do i get really upset and get him so i can cuddle him

I remember when i was pregnant with Summer i had dreams about her all the time but her face was blurred out so i couldnt see what she looked like- even had dreams of her being older.
