Very quick and easy pudding.

I made the quickest and easiest yummy Golden Syrup pudding tonight. I just had to share the recipe.

Break and beat 2 eggs.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 3/4 cup of SR flour. Mix well.
In a microwave proof dish place 3 tablespoons of golden syrup.
Pour the mixture over and cook on High in the microwave for 8 mins.

That's it. Serve with cream.

It's prob not the world's greatest pudding for any pudding purists out there, but it is yummy and so easy- and very quick.
