New Northside mum keen to meet other newies

I have a 10 week old baby girl and am loving being a mum. I finished working 4 months ago, so its been a huge lifestyle change to motherhood. If anyone is keen to meet other mums (preferably on the north side of Brisbane) who also have young bubs, let me know. There seem to be plenty of playgroups out there (but they all seem to be for toddlers) and a bit of a shortage of mothers groups.

If anyone is in a similar position, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm also a north brissie mum, where abouts do you live? I'm at Strathpine. Currently trying to find a mothers group locally, as I dont' drive, so I need to be able to meet within walking distance. (bit of a bummer)

My bubba is 6 months old and starting to need a bit more interaction. He is fascinated by other babies, will just stare at them for ages! A curious fellow...
