O.K our scalloped potato SUCKED slow cook anyone got good recipe

We followed a "condensed soup (mushroom) recipe" and it was hideous :(

For us, we wanted a "traditional" creamy and cheesy" tasting one..

Anyone have any recipes?

Anyone tried the new " cooking cream" and do you think it would work in S-cooker?

Cooking cream is good and works in the SC :D Not sure on a decent scalloped potato/potato bake recipe, especially as I'm dairy free atm :(. I just kinda chuck in potatoes, cream, bacon and cheese and hope (and do it in the oven)
