Hey guys,

Well for a week or so I've been pretty sure my son has started teething....but when rubbing Bonjella on his gums (the only way I can get him to drink sometimes) I felt a bump that I hadnt noticed before.

Only thing is its not at the front...its at the side on the bottom.

Do teeth always come through in the *order* that they are suppost too?

Friends bubba's side teeth are coming thru first too, but she was 8 weeks premie, and I wondered if that had anything to do with it.

Do you recon it could be a tooth?

Also his gums on the top at the front feel sharp and ruff now...they used to feel smooth....

Cheers,
Kat

i don't think that teeth come in order that they are meant to :) my brother got quite a few thru that he wasn't meant to get

they are all different.. some get them in the "correct" order many others get them in there own jumbled up order.. my son didnt get his first teeth till later.. 10 months.. he got the top side ones first ( very cute as they looked like fangs.. hehe ) he then got a top middle.. a bottom side has just come through and the other top middle and bottom side are about to pop through.. so he still hasent gotten the 2 middle bottoms they are "supposed" to get first.. even though he got teeth late and in the "wrong" order he is a food machine and eats and chews absolutly everything.. its no big drama and in time they will all come through.. the books just state the most commen pattern for them to come through thats all.. good luck with the teething..
