My dd is 15wks and has reflux. It was quite bad bringing back up half of her bottle and out of her nose as. Well as mouth so we're on s26 ar. I noticed the difference a. Day or two later however I still get chucks and I find it frustrating for me and poor dd. How do you cope. Tonight we. Had three outfit changes in five minutes, chuck on my dg, on her pillow in her bassinet... I've constantly got so much washing. And its streddfuk going out because I have to make sure I've got at least ten bibs and plenty of wipes... Argh

Use bath towels to mop up the mess at home & flat cloth nappies when your out.
AR formula's wont stop the spewing but will reduce it.
As for coping, you just do some how. You power on cause you have to. Took me along time to accept that this is how DS is. Its taken him 9 months be in control of his reflux. Still has his moments but nothing like he did.
Question - Is your DD on medication? If she's not, she should be. Its the only thing that will minimise the acid.
