First night went well:)

So last night was our first night of Tizzie hall and he only took 16 mins to fall asleep! Woke up four times teice he self settled and twice i fed him and he cried for maybe ten mins before resettling. YAY!! 10 months of breastfeeding to sleep has hopefully come to an end!

Great news!!! What is Tizzie Hall?

Tizzie Hall is a lady who does a sleep routine which i found to be th nicest and not too much crying! But the first day hasnt gone as well as the night did!

I looked at her website. My DS2 is 7 weeks and her routines sounded a bit harsh! Did you buy the book or download the routines?

I bought the book and the times are a bit long for Alex so I just used the book as a guideline and I put him down when he is tired. We night 6 tonight and he slept through for the first time in his 10 months last night! So in that respect it is working :)
