Hi, hoping someone can help me althought not sure how, Af was due last monday so it will be 7 days over tomorrow and I am seriously not someone who goes over alot, at the most i have been 3 days over recently but thats it. did a preg test at lunch time and I was SURE it would be possitive cause I even have tingly boobs (sorry tmi) but it was negative..... what???

Has anyone else ever not had a test come up positive till they were heaps overdue or should I just get over it and deal with the fact that I am not pregnant just VERY overdue??

Thanks girls..

It is really hard to say. I have heard of women not getting a positive for a while, but it is uncommon. You are probably just late and once you quit stressing about being pregnant your period will come. If you still just "feel" pregnant then I would call for a blood test , it should tell you for sure. Also, you may have ovulated late and it just hasn't been enough time for a positive to show. Good luck and I hope you are preggers!

Pregnancy is such a mystery!!!

With my first two children the at home pregnancy tests did not work until I was in my second trimester.... I had to get a blood test....but even before I did the blood test I KNEW I was pregnant!!!!! Both kids have been born happy and healthy!!!

Then 2 days ago I did a pregnancy test (the day of my missed period) and what do you know it is positive. I repeated the test 4 times because I could not believe it..... (and this time sooooo early.)

I went for a blood test this morning so am expecting it to be positive....but who knows.... I have given up forseeing what should happen

So each pregnancy is different!!! I believe that us women know our body better than any test.

If it is really worrying you...go get a blood test done.

All the best. I wish you luck

My pregnancy tesets were always negitive until I was about 1mth pregnant. Not sure why. I have also spoken to another women who found the same thing with hers too. So sometimes it isnt as textbook as it is said to be
