Hi, I am Rosanna Chan, currently studying a midwifery course at Australian Catholic University(ACU). Part of my course, there is a program called "Follow Though Journey", which is for us to find any pregnant women who are between 22 weeks to 35 week and willing to sign up with us.
The meaning of sign up, is to provide extra support and with valid information giving out with a qualified midwife mentor working along with us. We can also attend to any of your antenatal appointments or birth with you permission given to provide an extra care for you.
I am living at around Doncaster or Reservoir areas, however, I am willing to travel to anywhere for your convenience. Provide anytime in-person contact, phone contact or emailing contact which ever suit you.
At last, this program is absolutely FREE, the aim for this program is for us, student midwife, to gain more contact with the woman and experience in support the woman. However, if you are feeling uncomfortable, you are freely to withdraw at any moment. Most importantly, all the information you have provided to us will be kept confidential.
